Our founder and Managing Director has spent 10 years working in and around laboratories and laboratory sales and, while he enjoyed much of that time, he became increasingly frustrated at the ever declining levels of customer service available from laboratory supply companies. And, is it just us, or has that been accompanied by ever declining value for money?
Out of this frustration was born another way- something unique, inimmitable and valuable, a jewel amongst laboratory supply companies. We have gone out of our way to break the mould, to be original, to be innovative, to be individual.
